No More Monkeys Jumping on the Bed

To burn a little stored up energy from being on the road a lot, we decided to jump on the bed in Medford.

Annie joining in on the action, except Porter kept telling us to give Annie back to Grandma. I don't think he liked her keeping mommy from really jumping.

Dog piles!!

Miss you daddy, we really do!!

Back to Medford

Sunday we headed back to Medford, the kids and my fourth day on the road. It was a 6 1/2 trip. A our only stop, Porter decided to play driver and then play in the sun roof.

Not so final stop, Fort Lewis

I only took two pictures on the road this time. This was when we were stuck in traffic in Portland.

And this is of the beautiful river, while stuck in traffic. This leg of the trip was over 9 hours.

We made it. We stayed in Lacey, Washington actually and saw these cute faces. My niece Isabelle

My nephew Wendell

Grandpa, Annie, baby Mary and Kimmy relaxing at the hotel

My cute sister in law Amy and their newest, Mary.

Swimming of course. I think we crashed the party when 3 adults and 3 kids climbed into the pool with the couple at the top of the picture.

Lovin' Lacey

I love Washington. It is beautiful. These trees were everywhere. We had my parents, 3 of their 5 kids, 1 of their 3 children in law, and 5 of their 6 grandchildren. We had a blast!!

Grandpa with Annie, Porter and Wendell.

Wendell, Isabelle, Annie and Grandpa

We went to the park on Saturday. The park had these trails all over and we went exploring.

Grandpa and Wendell were drawing in the dirt with these sticks. Super cute.

Two 2 year olds fighting over the stump. Don't you love the look on Porter's face?

Isabelle as beautiful as ever.

Richard's cute family; Amy, Mary, Richard, Wendell and Isabelle.

Richard carried Wendell up this tree and then Isabelle wanted to go up too and so he told her to climb up. She wasn't so sure and so he climbed down.

Kimmy and Annie. Aren't they beautiful?

Playing at the park

Beautiful Mary.

We had to go swimming. This was right after Richard jumped into the pool.

Grandpa jumping in.

Relaxing by the hot tub.

Porter was WAY tired and on one and so I was surprised at one point during packing that he was acting calm. I found him taking all the cups out of the plastic. I left him alone because he was being quiet.

Our farewell party saying good bye.

So long Washington and the Brooksby family. We love you and hope to see you soon. Now we are on our way back to Manteca to spend some "no traveling in the car" days before heading back to daddy. We miss you daddy so much and love you even more.
