Random
Here is Porter with his cousin Madison. She loves him and tries to take care of him. She knows that the binky belongs to him and even when it is in his mouth she tries to give it to him. Now she wants to hold him all the time and "caress" his face.

Grandma, swimming, Temple, bath robe ...
Here are a few pictures of Porter from the last four weeks. That's right, Porter is now four weeks old. Time has flown by so fast and he is getting so big. He weighs over 9 pounds now.
Sorry about this picture. Somehow it flipped during this process.

The night before my mom left we went over to the Redlands temple. It was Porter's first temple trip. Here is a picture of the three of us in front of the Temple.
Porter (and I) loved having Grandma Brooksby here to visit. It was nice, especially since Job got the cold and didn't hold him for a week. Porter, Grandma and I slept in the living room during that time while Job slept in our room.

Job, Porter and I went to his parent's cabin up by Lake Gregory for the 4th of July with his family. We spent three nights there and had a fun time. Here are some pictures of us at the park on friday. They played keep-a-away and duck, duck, goose and had races. We also had a picnic. It was very relaxing. Sorry that I'm not in any of the pictures but I was walking around with Porter in my arms trying to take pictures and getting him to sleep.

Our new home- for now
I graduated with my Bachelors on Saturday and then Sunday we took the trek to southern California to start a new chapter in our life. The house we are renting now is nice, but we have very quickly realized it is too big for us two- soon to be three, so in our search for a place to buy we are wanting something under 2000 sq/ft. Job has started work and I think he will like it once we learns all there is to know and settles in to a more definite job description. It seems for me that everything on my body is either getting bigger or more uncomfortable each day. With five weeks left until Porter is born I am starting to realize that I am not as prepared for him as I should be. My hospital bag is not yet packed, we have not yet gotten his stuff out and ready for when he gets home, his clothes need to washed and our his is still a mess. We did however install his car seat last night so he does have something to come home in.

On the move
Job was offered a job in Riverside, California a couple of weeks ago, so in a little more than two weeks we will be moving down.
