It's baseball season and on March 6 we headed down to Arizona for a little Spring Training. Job usually goes with his dad and brothers, but since we hadn't been married for a year yet he didn't go. So when he had been given the opportunity to go down to help out at an Alumni event, he jumped at it. We drove down (or should I say Job drove and I slept) on the night of the 6th and got there early the next morning. Until that day I had only seen the Angels play on television. It was fun to see them up close and personal.
We spent two days enjoying the sun, green grass, and the Anaheim Angels. We went to dinner at TGI Fridays, which was in left field of Chase Stadium. You can reserve it during a game or there is a pool you can hang out in while the teams play.

On our way out of town we went to the Mesa temple and it was beautiful. There are citrus trees there and Job got some grapefruits from a table on the grounds. We took lots of pictures and enjoyed our trip and a chance to get away.
