Popsicles

I made coconut cream pops the other day and thought I might let you enjoy the recipe and some cute pics of us enjoying them. Porter loved them but Job is not a big fan of Popsicles in general.





Porter with his cousin Aubrey, she played with us yesterday while her mom was taking a final.





Coconut cream pops

Cinnamon to taste
2 tsp coconut extract
1/2 cup shredded coconut
12 oz Fat free evaporated milk
14 oz lite coconut milk
1/2 cup powdered sugar

Mix together and pour in molds
